Just Host is great! I have only ever had one problem with their service, and this was downtime due to a server hardware failure. This was just one of them things that happen and was out of their hands but they went out of their way to get my site back up and running as soon as possible. They transferred all data to a new server and we were back up and running in no time. So as far as service and support, I can’t fault them.
